YM is one of the largest if not the largest dental lab in the DMV that serves clinics nationwide. They are a great example of a company where their products and services market themselves. In a niche market that is the dental industry, word of mouth and quality matters a lot. ​

 

What they needed, was help managing their outsourced marketing team. Not only that, but also internal workflow. I put together documents such as Parts and Design Reference Sheets, as well as their fee schedules. Worked together with the marketing team to update social media and website content.
