Mama, We Made it!

JKOGI is a delicious Korean restaurant in Richmond, VA. But Before they became well known and even before it officially opened, they gave us the privilege to create menu flyers for them. They are located right by one of VCU's campuses, so they wanted flyers they could spread around the dorms. They provided the logo and font for us to use, as well as a photo of a dish they wanted to include. After playing around with all of the elements, and some revisions, we came to produce the final product (pictured above).

Now after we finished it, it took us about a year before we actually saw a physical copy. Probably cuz none of us lived in the dorms. The first time I saw one (on my friends fridge), I was felt like "Mama, we made it!" haha no but it was the first time that our work for an actual business, was out in the world. It felt really good. AND of course, I had to take a picture! haha.
